I'm concerned with who we should choose next... I really think we should take out Monica in order to make Sage look like a spy. Also, i wouldn't be surprised if moniica was the counteragent. She's a smart girl... What are your thoughts?

My gut tells me Depley.



He's the smartest one of the bunch, I've talked to him a lot. Take out Depley, and Sage still looks like a spy. Depley was in the group that voted for him, Depley is smart as a whip, and my intuition says Depley should go. Plus, Depley was somewhat inactive last round, still plays into Sage's "Get rid of the inactives" thing.

ok but im still worried about monica so after we pull depley, then they vote out sage, and then we take out monica?

Quite possibly. Here is more on why I feel it should be Depley.


First of all, he was rather inactive in Round One, I think that would be the public opinion of him and that would keep everyone on the Damien side of the vote in their convictions that the Spies want to take out the inactives first. I think it would also largely keep the Sage side of the vote on the same path.


Secondly, I've talked to Depley more than probably most of the other people in the game. I'd argue that he's the smartest player in this game based on this little interaction. He has a big head about himself as well. Normally, this would be whatever. But he is a VERY strong speaker and, trust me on this, he is a leader. He will think through any box pretty quickly and, more importantly, he will GET OTHERS to vote his way. He will rally votes and quite likely cause major trouble for us and soon.

All of the potential leaders of the game, from my eyes, are on the Sage side. Depley most of all. Josh could become one. Marion also. Monica is a smart pistol whip and she would become a leader if necessary. But she'd rather have someone else step up first and take the blame before her. She'll push someone into leading with all that she's got, but not step up til later. But yes, she is arguably the second smartest from my eyes and needs to be taken care of soon.


Third, my gut says that Depley is one of the largest suspects for being the Counteragent. I can't say why, it's just my intuition. And for all of my experience in the past, my intuition is very strong and seldom wrong. I'm not saying Depley has it. He would just be my first guess. If I was hosting, he is probably who I would choose to get this power. If that adds to it at all.


That's why I say Depley will all that I have. Let me know your thoughts from this. He's going to take control of the Sage Voting Block and soon. He needs to go. Let me know what you think.

Don't you think maybe.. just maybe.. Sam picked someone who is just kind of under the radar right now to be counteragent, so that they don't get killed and the citizens have a chance? *laughs*

maybe DJ... Caroline... Josh... etc.

I could certainly see it being Depley too, though.

Depley is under the radar though. For now at least. But he is poised to be so much more.



But also, if we get too involved with the counteragent, we'll lose focus on keeping the game under control round by round. Plus, even if the counteragent finds one of us, they can't come out and say point blank "It's Gigi, and I know because I'm the counteragent." News would spread and they'd be gone. Poof. So if someone targets one of the three of us, we know who to go after, or at least where to start.



One of the main roles of the Counteragent, IMO, is to make us paranoid and get sloppy in our witchhunt to find them. We need to remain, cool, calm, and collected.

I actually could see someone like Emma being a Counteragent. She is just below the radar and has NO attention drawn to her whatsoever...and i agree we should stick with the plan and imprison depley. i recently talked to him and he is just waiting to become a huge problem to us.

ok well ive talked to a bunch of people. im voting for sage tomorrow. i dont know about you two, but moncia told me that sage is rallying to vote me off because supposedly im "inactive" even though i feel im not. so sage is my vote. thoughts? comments? concerns?

He just fits the description of spy in a lot of these peoples' eyes. I think it'll be him, easy.

ATTENTION: I really dont think that we should all vote together. Its not a good idea and is suspicious. From what I've heard, people think that Gigi may be a spy because she voted for Sage. Ive played it to look like Im not one so I havent heard of anybody accusing me.

also, sage has told me that he thinks gerta is the counteragent. He said Gerta told him she would never ever vote him out, and he thinks its because she already checked on him.

Uh oh, they're suspecting me?

I didn't vote for Sage either. I told people I wasn't sure. I haven't even voted yet!

I don't think we should vote together either. Any ideas on what exactly we should do?

Oh my about Gerta too! She told me she could NOT be swayed into voting Sage, and I of course said I wasn't trying to sway her because I was utterly clueless myself, etc. That makes sense that she could be the counteragent and checked him out! Maybe she could be the next victim of imprisonment...?

Gerta, maybe, I also see Marion being a big problem. Unless I'm approached tonight, I'm voting for Sage, that's all I've been talked to about so far. We'll see, I imagine.


And I wouldn't worry about being "thought of as a spy," not yet at least. People are desperate and throw out names however they can. Just go with the flow for now, I think.
