- If you have any unique or identifable catch phrases or words you use, don't use them. You are playing another character, another identity. Try changing your mannerisms a little or how you type in IM's.
- If you frequently sign on to both your real AIM name and your fake AIM name simultaneously, someone may notice. Consider occassionally signing on just one or the other, or leave one name online and sign off the other.
- Check your fake name profile - sometimes stuff from your linked name can copy over.
